Practices will be every Monday & Wednesday from 6-8pm. 1st-4th grade times are 6-7pm. 5th-12th grade times are 7-8pm. Kids with 4yrs or more of experience will also practice every Thursday from 6-7:30pm.

There are some tournaments that the club coaches will attend, but it is viewed as an opportunity for parent and child to bond. No, coaches do not have to be at tournaments your child is participating in. Our Coaches will be attending 1-2 tournaments a month and will let the club know when they have been identified.

Our coaches donate their time and energy with the goal of building a solid wresting program for years to come. We have been fortunate in the past to have experienced volunteers willing to step in and help.
